Microsoft Copilot

Usually best for
Work inside Microsoft 365: email, Teams meetings, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, using your organisation’s data.

Claude training questions

Do you deliver Claude training in Australia and New Zealand?

Yes. We run in-person workshops in major cities and regional centres across both countries, and online sessions for distributed teams. Quotes are in AUD or NZD.

How much does Claude training cost?

Pricing is on application because every workshop is customised. Your quote depends on team size, number of sessions, travel and your Claude plan. You’ll receive a written quote after a short discovery call.

We already use Copilot. Do we need Claude training too?

Not always. If your team mainly works in Microsoft 365, Copilot may cover most needs. Where teams already use Claude, or need it for long documents, analysis or technical work, we can train both in one programme so people know which tool to use when.

Which Claude plan do we need?

Workshops work best on a business plan, such as Claude Team or Enterprise, so your data sits under your organisation’s controls. Introductory sessions can run on other plans. We’ll confirm requirements with your IT team during discovery.

Is it suitable for non-technical staff?

Yes. Most attendees are non-technical professionals, and sessions use plain language and their everyday work. For developers and technical teams, we can add a separate track on using Claude for coding.
