Who is AI leadership training for?
CEOs, managing directors, directors, general managers and senior leadership teams (SLTs, ELTs and boards) across New Zealand and Australia. Sessions suit leaders who are new to AI as well as those already using it who want to get more from it.
Which AI tools do you cover?
Most leaders we work with use Microsoft Copilot, so it is usually the focus. We also coach on Claude and ChatGPT. We’re independent of every vendor, so we train on the tools you already have and help you decide whether you need others.
How is this different from AI training for staff?
Leaders spend more time reading, deciding and communicating than producing documents. Leadership training focuses on summarising information, managing email and time, preparing for meetings and decisions, and leading AI adoption across the organisation, rather than general tool features.
