Five Ways to Gain Immediate Traction With AI

- Train people using their actual work. Adoption accelerates when people apply AI to their own emails, documents, meetings, reports and workflows.
- Reduce tool confusion. Help employees understand when to use Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or other AI tools.
- Measure what improves. Track whether AI is actually saving time, improving quality or changing how work gets done.
